AACSB Seminar: Leading People and Organizational Change

PRME Steering Committee member, AACSB, organises a series of leadership seminars for continuing education and devlopment of university administrators and faculty.

This first seminar of the Leading in the Academic Enterprise™ series, Leading People & Organisational Change, is designed to address a challenge that all schools face of succession. Leaders appointed to roles including department chair, associate dean, and assistant dean face the daunting task of stepping into new roles with new responsibilities. This seminar works to shift the mindset from that of an individual faculty member, to a leader with responsibility for advancing the entire institution, engendering trust and respect across the entire community for institutional advancement.

Who should attend?

Administrators and faculty members interested in undertaking a leadership role in their school, such as department chair, assistant dean, associate deans, program director, etc.
