Since its establishment with a modest enrollment of just 90 students, BUITEMS has blossomed into a thriving academic community of over 8,000 by 2024, reflecting the University's remarkable growth and commitment to educational advancement.

All Engineering programs at BUITEMS are accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Bachelor of Architecture program by Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP), computing programs by National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC), and business programs by National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC).
