City Business School is a modern institution based on advanced technological infrastructure and traditional business learning concepts.
City Business School is a business school of a new type located in Moscow, the Russian Federation. It combines the elements of classical business education and new educational solutions and technologies. The School was started in 2008 as a private not-for-profit training centre for business and management development. The founders were three individuals who still own the company. In 2012 City Business School got the status of Private Higher Education Institution and obtained a license for delivering MBA programmes and professional courses and executive programmes. In 2014 the status was confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Education (approved by the Department of education of the city of Moscow from 29 July 2014), and the license was extended (the Self-Audit Report and the response to the recommendations can be found in the Base room, license № 035 328). The School operates within the State Standards for Higher Education, the National Qualification Requirements for Economic and Management Education, as well as international Bologna requirements.
The School’s structure comprises Education, IT, Web-development, Production, Content Development, Quality Control, Client, Marketing, Sales and Accounting Departments. Today City Business School has more than 180 efficient employees and about 5 000 students on all the programmes, including short-term and specialized courses, MBA and MBM degree-programmes.
