Fourth Annual PRI Academic Conference

The Fourth Annual PRI Academic Conference, taking place on September 27 and 28, 2011 in the picturesque village of Sigtuna, Sweden a short distance from Stockholm and the Arlanda airport, is open for registration.

The conference will feature not only cutting edge ideas on strategic questions in the industry such as:

  • What types of RI strategies can lead to outperformance?
  • In what ways can research be used to enhance shareholder engagement?
  • How can reporting quality be improved?

We would also like to welcome members of the investment community to the conference to help shape RI research to make it most practically beneficial. In response to some of the feedback we have received over the past year, we have arranged workshops on political and organizational change, fiduciary duty, communicating outperformance and social risk.

The registration fee, which covers meals, refreshments and transport between the conference venue and Stockholm each day as well as a celebratory event on September 27, is 2000 SEK (aprox 215 Euros). Accommodation is available at the conference venue for 150 Euro/night and in in the surrounding area for 70 Euros/night.
