PRME Global
We are pleased to announce that the 1st PRME Chapter Meeting Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) will take place at RISEBA Univeristy in Latvia in conjunction with the conference titled ‘Become Engaged and Make an Impact: Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability Across Disciplines’ on 18 - 19 April 2016. During this meeting, the PRME Chapter CEE is planning to officially launch as an established PRME Chapter, as well as agree on specific future activities.
The PRME Chapter CEE is a regional platform for dialogue, collaboration and collective action within the CEE region to further advance Responsible Management Education (RME) and sustainable development in support of broader UN goals. The main aim of the PRME Chapter CEE is to offer more visibility and inspire a stronger voice for PRME signatories in the region by providing them with a network that supports the PRME initiative and RME movement. The PRME Chapter CEE will offer such support by highlighting good practices, offering a means to exchange ideas and experiences, and encouraging collaboration in the CEE region.
This event will bring together leading Central and Eastern European, as well as international, business schools, deans, professors, researchers and practitioners to share knowledge and experience and together explore new means of solving the issues we face today within the area of Responsible Management Education.
